MY APPROACH
Therapy tailored to your child.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I take the time to understand each child's strengths, interests, personality, and challenges, then tailor sessions to meet them where they are.
Sessions are active, collaborative, and engaging-combining evidence-based approaches with creative activities that help children understand themselves, practice new skills, and build confidence.

MY BACKGROUND
A little more about me.
With over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families across school, community, and clinical settings, I bring a broad understanding of the environments that shape a child’s development. I opened my private practice in New York in 2021 before relocating to Tampa in 2024.
My work has been featured by Inside Edition and HuffPost, and I’ve contributed to the Breaking Up with Burnout podcast. I also lead workshops for parents, schools, staff, and organizations, translating evidence-based strategies into practical tools for everyday life.
A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
Supporting your child means supporting you, too.
I work closely with parents to help you better understand what your child may be communicating through their emotions and behavior. Parent collaboration provides practical strategies you can use between sessions while helping your child's progress extend beyond the therapy room.
WORKSHOPS & SPEAKING
Extending support beyond the therapy room.
In addition to individual therapy and parent coaching, I lead workshops for parents, schools, and organizations on topics related to child development, behavior, communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and coping skills.
My goal is to make evidence-based strategies approachable and practical, giving parents and caregivers tools they can understand and use in everyday life.
LET’S GET STARTED
Parenting and childhood can be challenging, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you and your child every step of the way.
I’m so glad you’re here!
